QualisQMS Pty Ltd was formed by a group of industry experts to provide the opportunity for business process clarity, offer a key tool to support organisational quality and ease the pathway to accreditation and continuous improvement.

Our people have many years working in community based organisations and supporting and assessing their quality journeys. We’ve listened to the challenges and helped organisations to unravel them. We’ve been alongside organisations as they begin and continue their quality journey. And we know that increasingly organisations are looking for solutions and choosing to use a Quality Management System to bring together their business processes, risk management and accreditation, and that increasingly this is a requirement in a changing accreditation landscape that at times places quite a burden on organisations. We want to partner with community, health and wellbeing providers to really identify and embed in an integrated way, the processes that you value because they lead to the outcomes your clients value.

Whether you are a large organisation or a sole operator, our QualisQMS is able to bring together the complexities of compliance and accreditation and provide a framework that works for your organisation and how you do business. Training & Development
Building our customers capacity is what our QualisQMS coaches do. Whether its training new staff or facilitating a quality workshop, our coaches take a collaborative approach that builds confidence and autonomy for staff using the QualisQMS.
Our programmers and industrial designers are ready to make it happen. If it’s technically possible (the programmer made me write that!) using API technologies then your QualisQMS system can be integrated with your current systems. We have integrated with Sap, Salesforce, Microsoft Office 365 and MySQL to name but a few.

Accreditation Standards - Single or Multiple

QualisQMS can be used to meet many of the most common accreditation standards currently used. While each standard differs from another, the general quality principles remain common. QualisQMS has in-built functionality that allows organisations to align multiple frameworks to a single policy or process. You can search for evidence by a single indicator, section or standard or even to show how many indicators are being meet by a policy or workflow instruction.
